Stan Properties Malta
Malta is where Stan Properties started. It is a small market with a lot of moving parts: sixty-odd localities that price very differently street by street, a permit system that treats EU and non-EU buyers separately, and a rental market that turns over fast. Sicily is the newer half of the business and a completely different market. Space costs a fraction of what it does in Malta, the paperwork is Italian rather than Maltese, and a headline bargain can hide a title or inheritance problem that takes a year to untangle. Simona knows which towns are worth the drive and which cheap houses are not cheap at all.
